Wharton Business School Sets Close Relationship With Shanghai University
Shanghai University, ranked 39th by China’s leading ranking system, ShanghaiRanking, signed an MOU with the Wharton Business School and the University of Pennsylvania to collaborate on student/lecturer exchanges, jointly offer a China-focused Senior Management Program, and Global CEO EMBA programs. According to Chinese media, the Dean of Wharton Business School, Mr. Geoffrey Garret, stated that this is the “most in-depth, and comprehensive” collaboration Wharton has ever contributed to in China. Wharton’s other collaborations in China include being part of China’s leading business school, the CIEBS-Wharton-IESE business program, and launching a “post-MBA program” through Peking University. Shanghai University has a long-established joint institute with the University of Technology Sydney that dates back to 1994.
