China Higher EdTOEFL Scores in Doubt After Leak
The Beijing News reported this month that the topics and keys for the January 31 TOEFL exam were leaked to students and teachers one week in advance. Local TOEFL teachers said they’d heard of opportunities to purchase the information as early as December 25 last year and speculated that the information was obtained by exploiting network instability and US Educational Testing Service (ETS) upload processes.
