Sino-German Vocational College Obtains MoE University Status
The Tianjin Sino-German Vocational Technical College was established in 1985 as the largest cooperation project between China, Germany, Japan and Spain in the field of vocational education and training. The college has been restructured and renamed Tianjin Sino-German Applied Technology University under the approval of the Chinese MoE. The institute will jointly run vocational programs as well as new university programs; the first three Bachelor degree courses will be aeronautical & manufacturing engineering, mechatronics engineering and automation.
