MoE Signs International Cooperation Memorandum “One Belt One Road: Education Action” with 8 Provinces

The MoE has signed an International Cooperation Memorandum, “One Belt One Road: Education Action” with an additional six provinces, including: Fujian, Guangxi, Hainan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Xinjiang. The memorandum specifies government-sponsored overseas study aimed at encouraging more Chinese students to study in countries along the “belt and road”.
