China Higher EdMOE Announces International Cooperative Laboratory Project
Last month, the Chinese MOE announced the launch of the International Cooperative Laboratory Project, which aims to strengthen collaborations between Chinese and foreign universities to improve China’s innovation and global academic reputation in higher education. The project is part of the MOE’s broader 10 year education reform initiative (the National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform) and will focus primarily on subject development, research outcomes, talent development and lab management.
