Sunrise has developed two youth-oriented lifestyle brands: Illumi and Aqmen.
Illumi represents the life of the global high school student, focusing on international think pieces, creative pursuits and the latest lifestyle trends, written for and by students. It is a multi-channel media outlet, integrating online and offline platforms, including a paper magazine, digital magazine, website, app and Wechat account and has over 25,000 readers. Through these different channels, Illumi creates and fosters a community dedicated to celebrating individuality, creativity and a global mindset. To complement our media outlets, Illumi hosts galas in various Chinese cities throughout the year. These galas gather Illumi readers, contributors and publishers for an evening of excitement, games and talent competition.
Aqmen is a media platform made for young people to develop their professional skills so that they are better equipped to face the challenges posed by a globalized world. Through organizing a series of exciting and relevant educational conferences, professional workshops, and networking parties, Aqmen gathers and presents resources needed for young adults to thrive in the fields of their interests. We fulfill our purpose by having a strong presence, both online and offline, through our magazine, our app, conferences, and Nexus events.
