High School Education Group Applies for NASDAQ Listing

The First Senior High School Education Group (FSEG) also known as the Changshui (LongSpringEdu) Education Group, the largest K-12 education operator in China’s south-east region, has submitted its prospectus to raise USD100m through NASDAQ. The group was established in Kunming in 2012, with 16 out of 19 operating schools located in Yunnan. It employs 2,000 teachers and has 26,000 students enrolled. FSEG hopes to raise capital through an IPO to build a new campus and acquire more schools.
