Sino-Russian High School Collaborative Alliance

In January, 12 Chinese high schools in Harbin and 20 Sino-Russian high schools in Russia signed an agreement covering staff exchange, short-term study arrangements for students and joint foundation programs. There are currently seven high schools teaching Russian in Harbin, and this is the first time that a collective collaboration has occurred at the high-school level.

At the tertiary level, there are the Sino Russia S&T University Alliance (over 40 members), Harbin S&T University and Baoman Moscow State Technical University as founding members) and the Medical University Alliance (over 92 members), Harbin Medical University and Sechenov University as founding members. It is expected that other high schools from other cities/provinces in China will join the Sino-Russian High School Alliance in the future.
