Taiwan-Hong Kong Joint Program Targets Mainland China Students
The National Taipei University of Business and the City University of Hong Kong recently launched a joint Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree program, aiming to recruit students from the greater China region, in particular, from mainland China. The program is also supported by the Taiwan University Alliances (comprising Kaohsiung University, Kaohsiung Normal University and 37 other universities) and allows its students to gain study credit from any of the universities within the alliance. The program allows the first two years of study to be completed in Taiwan, and students may then move to Hong Kong to finish their undergraduate degree and continue post-graduate studies. This is the very first official program between Taiwan and Hong Kong with the aim of recruiting mainland Chinese students.
